Journey

From Mogilev to his own group of companies

  1. 1984

    Mogilev

Born in Belarus. His father was chief process engineer at a housing construction plant.

  2. 1995

    Moving to Israel

At 11, he left his friends and favorite teachers behind and moved to Israel with his family. Without the language it was hard at first, but he found friends in Netanya, and boxing made him a national champion.

  3. 2004–2006

    College and the army

Trained as an electronics engineer and served in that specialty, working afternoons to help his father. The army taught him the main lesson: what matters is brains, not titles.

  4. 2006–2012

    School of sales

Started out selling shoes and by 25 was running branches of major retail chains with a hundred employees. An attempt to start his own business in Belarus failed, and he had to start almost from scratch.

  5. 2012

    His own business

A single apartment he was given to rent out "on trial" grew into his first company, Alfa Realty.

  6. 2014

    RICC

Having gone through repatriation himself, he founded a center that helps others obtain Israeli citizenship. That same year he ran for Netanya City Council.

  7. 2015

    Family

Got married. Ever since, family has been his main support in life and in business. In interviews Vadim has often said that his loved ones always come first.

  8. 2016

    Community

Joined the SOLOMON.help Jewish business club and later became a trustee of the Federation of Jewish Communities of Russia (FEOR).

  9. 2018

    Twins

    His twin sons were born.

  10. 2020–2021

    A voice in Forbes

Six columns on second passports and repatriation — complex laws in plain language.

  11. 2023

    The book

Israeli Citizenship: A Repatriate's Roadmap, published by Alpina — RICC's experience turned into a step-by-step guide.

  12. 2025–2026

    Marathon runner

Half marathons in Dubai, Moscow and Paris: in Moscow he broke two hours for the first time, and in Paris set a personal best of 1:54. In April 2026 he ran his first full marathon — London, 42.2 km.

  13. Today

    Father of five

Leads the Alfa International group and keeps helping people find a second home in Israel.
